Writing and editing

As Frank Lloyd Wright pointed out, form doesn’t just follow function.  Form
and function should be one, joined in a spiritual union.  This holds true for
client communications: the impact of what we say is often determined by how
well we say it.

Whether it’s an article, a brochure, a video script or a presentation, your piece
needs to resonate with your audience.  You need to deliver a message that is
clear and memorable.

We can help you with a wide range of communications vehicles, including:

  • Annual reports
  • Articles
  • Newsletters
  • Presentations
  • Proposals
  • Scripts
  • Speeches
  • Web content
“The content looks
fantastic and has
changed much for the
better!  Thank you
very much.”

How do I know if my presentation is effective?

After you put together your initial storyline, give yourself break – anywhere from an hour to overnight.  Then read it and ask
yourself:

  • Is my main point clear?
  • Does the structure work?  Are there any gaps in the flow?
  • Are all of the points implications or end results?
  • Is there any part of the presentation that feels awkward?  If so, what needs to be done to fix it?
  • Does the presentation reflect client issues and concerns?

If possible, have someone look at it for to see if they understand your points.  Then rework your story.
